Terms and Conditions – GetFIT App Partner Program
By joining the GetFIT App Partner Program, the Partner agrees to the terms and responsibilities outlined here. This program is designed to expand the app’s user base and subscriptions through collaborative efforts, where the Partner’s role in sales and promotion is essential.
Each Partner receives a unique tracking link to measure contributions to GetFIT App subscriptions. The Partner earns a commission for each subscription acquired through this link, which GetFIT App pays monthly. The commission rate is set at 30% per sale, with payouts made once the minimum threshold of $30 USD is met.
Partners are expected to present GetFIT App’s services accurately and ethically, avoiding any misleading information. The Partner is responsible for promoting content that aligns with GetFIT App’s values across social media and other channels. Only company-approved materials should be used, and any content harmful to the brand image must be avoided.
As a GetFIT App Partner, you agree not to promote competing brands, fitness apps, workout programs, online membership communities, or any other services similar to GetFIT App (getfitapp.fit). The Company reserves the right to determine if a Partner's promotional activities violate this exclusivity agreement and may terminate the partnership immediately if any breach is identified.
The Partner is expected to actively work toward generating subscriptions for GetFIT App. Should there be no subscription activity through the Partner’s unique link, GetFIT App reserves the right to terminate the partnership. The Partner must also clearly indicate their affiliation with GetFIT App on social media profiles and share their unique partner link publicly.
The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Partner does not fulfill the terms, performs inadequately, or fails to show activity. The Partner may also exit the program at any time. Upon termination, the Partner will no longer be eligible for commissions, even if previously acquired subscribers remain active. GetFIT App will not terminate partnerships solely due to a Partner’s success in generating commissions, and Partners may continue to earn from commissions accrued before withdrawal. GetFIT App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. In the event the program is discontinued or cancelled, no further commissions will accrue or be credited after the termination date, and the Affiliate Program will be considered closed going forward. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
The Partner may not participate in the program if their activities or content violate GetFIT App’s policies or damage its reputation. GetFIT App may terminate the partnership immediately if the Partner’s conduct harms the brand’s value or trust.
The Partner is solely responsible for complying with local laws. GetFIT App is not liable for the Partner’s activities or any damages or issues arising from their participation in the program.

GetFIT App reserves the right to modify or update this Partner Program Agreement at any time. It is the Partner’s responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Commissions are earned only on successful, paid sign-ups. No commission is earned on free trials or refunded purchases. If a user cancels their free trial and does not proceed to pay for the program, no commission will be credited. Similarly, if a user initially pays for a Premium Membership but later requests and receives a refund, the commission for that sale will be voided.
This ensures fairness and aligns commissions with completed, non-refunded transactions.

Important: Qualification for this opportunity requires prior experience as a Premium Member. While anyone is welcome to become an affiliate, we seek Brand Ambassadors who have personally used, found value in, and believe in our product and mission.
