These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the GetFIT App Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”).
GetFIT App is an online body transformation membership platform & fitness tracker available at www.joingetfitapp.com. This is the website where customers referred by Affiliates can register, purchase a membership, make payments, and access the GetFIT App online membership and its available content and services.
By applying to, joining, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. Joining the Affiliate Program
Affiliates can apply to join the Affiliate Program at:

GetFIT App may approve or reject applications at its discretion.
Affiliates must provide accurate information when registering and keep their account information reasonably up to date.
2. Commission Structure
The standard commission rate is 25% of eligible payments generated by qualifying referred customers.
Commissions are recurring. Subject to these Terms, an Affiliate may earn commissions on eligible recurring payments from a referred customer for as long as those payments continue to qualify under the Affiliate Program.
Commissions are earned only on successful payments that are properly attributed to the Affiliate and are not subsequently refunded, charged back, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise invalidated.
GetFIT App does not guarantee any minimum number or amount of commissions.
GetFIT App may change the commission rate or commission structure in the future. Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce commissions that have already been validly earned, except where an adjustment is required because of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, payment reversals, or similar circumstances.
3. Referral Tracking and Cookie Period
The standard affiliate referral tracking period is 30 days from the qualifying affiliate click, unless otherwise stated by GetFIT App.
A referral must be successfully recorded by the Affiliate Program's tracking system for the Affiliate to receive commission.
Attribution is determined according to the tracking and attribution rules configured for the Affiliate Program.
GetFIT App is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed because of deleted or blocked cookies, browser restrictions, tracking prevention, ad blockers, technical issues, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
A claim by an Affiliate that a customer used their link does not by itself establish entitlement to a commission if the transaction was not successfully recorded or attributed by the tracking system.
4. What Qualifies for Commission
An Affiliate earns commission only when a customer:
- Uses the Affiliate's valid referral link or another approved referral method.
- Is successfully attributed to the Affiliate by the tracking system.
- Completes an eligible purchase or subscription through www.joingetfitapp.com.
- Successfully completes the applicable payment.
- Does not subsequently receive a refund, chargeback, cancellation-related reversal, or other payment reversal that makes the transaction ineligible.
The Affiliate is not entitled to commission merely because a customer was previously referred by them. Each commission must result from an eligible transaction that is properly attributed under the Affiliate Program's tracking rules.
5. Cancellations, Resubscriptions, and New Referrals
If a customer originally signs up through an Affiliate's referral link and generates eligible commissions, the Affiliate may receive recurring commissions on subsequent eligible payments while the customer's subscription remains active and those payments continue to qualify under the Affiliate Program.
If that customer later cancels their subscription and subsequently returns or resubscribes without being attributed to the Affiliate's referral link or another approved referral method, the original Affiliate is not automatically entitled to commissions from the new subscription or its payments.
A new subscription may qualify for a different Affiliate if the new purchase is properly attributed to that Affiliate under the applicable tracking rules.
Commissions are therefore based on eligible, successfully completed and properly attributed transactions, rather than simply on the historical fact that an Affiliate referred the customer at some point in the past.
6. Self-Referrals and Artificial Transactions
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to earn commissions on their own purchases, accounts, subscriptions, or transactions.
Affiliates may not create additional accounts, identities, payment methods, or other arrangements for the purpose of generating commissions from their own purchases.
Affiliates may not purchase through their own links on behalf of another person for the primary purpose of generating a commission.
Affiliates may not offer unauthorized cash payments, gifts, discounts, rebates, or other incentives to people solely for the purpose of generating affiliate commissions.
Transactions created for testing, internal purposes, employee use, complimentary access, fraud, or other non-standard purposes may be excluded from commission eligibility.
7. Prohibited Promotional Activities
Affiliates must promote GetFIT App honestly and responsibly.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
- Fake reviews or fabricated testimonials.
- Impersonating GetFIT App.
- Creating content that falsely suggests the Affiliate is an employee, owner, or official representative of GetFIT App.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automatic redirects, or other artificial attribution methods.
- Fraudulent, automated, incentivized, or otherwise illegitimate traffic.
- Malware, spyware, malicious scripts, or other harmful software.
- Misleading claims about GetFIT App, its services, results, pricing, or features.
- Unsupported or exaggerated health, weight-loss, fitness, or performance claims.
- Promotional activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, advertising rules, or platform policies.
- Any activity that intentionally damages or attempts to manipulate the GetFIT App Affiliate Program.
Affiliates must not make claims about results or customer experiences that they cannot truthfully support. Affiliates should only make claims that are accurate and consistent with information provided or approved by GetFIT App.
GetFIT App may provide additional promotional guidelines from time to time. These guidelines form part of the Affiliate Program rules and Affiliates are expected to follow them.
8. Paid Advertising and Search Advertising
Affiliates may use paid advertising to promote GetFIT App only where permitted by GetFIT App.
Unless expressly authorized, Affiliates must not:
- Bid on GetFIT App branded keywords or trademarks in paid search advertising.
- Create advertisements that could reasonably be mistaken for official GetFIT App advertising.
- Represent themselves as GetFIT App.
- Use GetFIT App branding in a way that suggests the advertisement is operated by GetFIT App.
GetFIT App may prohibit specific keywords, advertising channels, campaign types, or promotional methods at any time.
9. Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by applicable law, regulation, advertising standards, or platform rules.
The disclosure should be clear and understandable and should be placed where consumers can reasonably see and understand it in connection with the promotion.
For example, an Affiliate may state that they may earn a commission when someone purchases through their link.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable disclosure and advertising requirements.
10. Affiliate Content and Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for the content they publish or distribute when promoting GetFIT App, including websites, social media posts, videos, emails, advertisements, reviews, and other promotional materials.
Affiliates must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images, videos, music, text, testimonials, trademarks, or other materials included in their promotional content.
Affiliates must not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise harmful to GetFIT App or its customers.
GetFIT App may request that an Affiliate remove or modify promotional content that violates these Terms or applicable requirements.
11. Use of the GetFIT App Brand
Affiliates may use approved GetFIT App logos, images, links, promotional materials, and other brand assets provided by GetFIT App solely to promote GetFIT App through the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates may refer to GetFIT App by its brand name when accurately describing the service.
Affiliates must not use the GetFIT App name, branding, or promotional materials in a way that falsely suggests they own, operate, or officially represent GetFIT App.
Affiliates may not register or use domains, social media accounts, business names, or other identifiers that are likely to create confusion about their relationship with GetFIT App.
GetFIT App may request that an Affiliate stop using any particular brand asset or promotional material at any time.
Nothing in these Terms gives an Affiliate ownership of the GetFIT App brand, content, or other intellectual property.
12. Commission Holding Period
Commissions are initially recorded as pending.
The standard commission holding period is 30 days.
This allows time for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, payment failures, fraud, and other adjustments to be identified.
A commission becomes payable after the applicable holding period has passed and the underlying transaction remains eligible.
GetFIT App may delay payment where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, disputes, or other issues affecting commission eligibility.
13. Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum standard payout threshold is $100 USD.
Affiliates must have at least $100 in payable commissions before a standard payout is processed.
Balances below $100 will carry forward to a future payout period.
GetFIT App may, at its discretion, pay a balance below the minimum threshold in certain circumstances, including when the Affiliate Program is discontinued.
14. Payouts
Payouts are generally processed monthly for Affiliates who have reached the minimum payout threshold and whose commissions have become payable.
Payouts may be made by bank transfer or another payment method approved or made available by GetFIT App.
When a bank transfer is used, GetFIT App may request the bank account and payment information reasonably necessary to complete the payment.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. GetFIT App is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by an Affiliate.
15. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, reporting, registration, invoicing, VAT, and other legal obligations arising from their participation in the Affiliate Program and receipt of commissions.
GetFIT App does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
GetFIT App may request additional tax, identity, or payment information where required or reasonably necessary under applicable law.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
Affiliate account information, referral information, tracking information, payout information, and other personal information may be collected and processed in connection with the Affiliate Program.
Such information will be handled in accordance with the GetFIT App Privacy Policy, available at:

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws when collecting, storing, or processing personal information in connection with their promotional activities.
Affiliates must not provide GetFIT App with personal information obtained unlawfully or use customer information obtained through the Affiliate Program for unrelated purposes.
17. Customer Relationship
Customers who sign up through an Affiliate's referral link become customers of GetFIT App.
Affiliates do not have authority to make commitments, guarantees, refunds, pricing arrangements, representations, or other promises on behalf of GetFIT App.
Affiliates must direct customer support, account, billing, refund, and membership questions to GetFIT App rather than representing themselves as GetFIT App support.
GetFIT App retains control over customer accounts, memberships, billing, refunds, and access to its services.
18. Commission Adjustments
GetFIT App may reverse or adjust commissions associated with transactions that are:
- Refunded.
- Charged back.
- Cancelled or reversed.
- Unpaid or subsequently invalidated.
- Fraudulent.
- Generated through prohibited promotional methods.
- Self-referrals or artificial transactions.
- Otherwise not qualifying under these Terms.
If an invalid commission has already been paid, GetFIT App may deduct the amount from future commissions or otherwise seek recovery where appropriate.
19. Suspension or Termination of an Affiliate
GetFIT App may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account if the Affiliate:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Uses prohibited promotional methods.
- Misrepresents GetFIT App or the Affiliate relationship.
- Violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Engages in conduct that could materially harm GetFIT App, its customers, or its reputation.
GetFIT App may also terminate an Affiliate relationship for legitimate business reasons, including inactivity or changes to the Affiliate Program.
Valid commissions that were legitimately earned before termination will generally remain subject to these Terms.
20. Ending the Affiliate Program
GetFIT App may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
If the Affiliate Program is discontinued, valid payable commissions will generally be processed according to the final payout process.
Balances meeting the minimum payout threshold will be paid according to the final payout schedule. GetFIT App may also choose to pay valid balances below the standard threshold.
Commissions generated through fraud, prohibited activity, refunds, chargebacks, or otherwise invalid transactions will not be payable.
21. Changes to These Terms
GetFIT App may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes may include commission rates, payout rules, promotional requirements, eligibility requirements, or other aspects of the Affiliate Program.
Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not intentionally retroactively reduce commissions that were already validly earned, except where adjustments are necessary because of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, payment reversals, or other circumstances that invalidate the underlying transaction.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. No Guarantee of Income
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any commissions or particular level of income.
Affiliate results depend on factors including audience, traffic, promotional methods, customer interest, and other circumstances.
23. Compliance With Laws and Platform Rules
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, advertising requirements, disclosure requirements, privacy requirements, and platform rules applicable to their promotional activities.
GetFIT App may restrict or prohibit promotional activities on particular platforms where reasonably necessary to protect GetFIT App, its customers, or the Affiliate Program.
24. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or other formal representative relationship between the Affiliate and GetFIT App.
Affiliates may not make commitments, representations, warranties, or agreements on behalf of GetFIT App.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetFIT App will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program or inability to participate in the Affiliate Program.
GetFIT App does not guarantee that the Affiliate Program, tracking system, affiliate dashboard, or related services will always operate without interruption, errors, or technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

By participating in the GetFIT App Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
