The Vertical Jump Power Calculator estimates lower-body power in watts using your vertical jump height and bodyweight. The Sayers equation is used to estimate peak power, while the Harman equation is used to estimate average power. Both values are regression-based estimates, so they are best used for tracking repeated tests performed under consistent conditions.
