GetFIT App Registration Is Quick And Simple
Creating your GetFIT App account only takes a few minutes.
You complete a short quiz, enter your email address at the end, and that email becomes your login. Simple.
However, in rare cases, users may run into issues during registration. Below are the most common problems—and how to fix them.
Problem 1: The “Next Step” Button Doesn’t Work
You click the “Next Step” button after entering your email—but nothing happens.
Why This Happens
You likely missed a required field earlier in the quiz.
The app requires every field to be completed in order to generate your personalized plan. If something is missing, it won’t let you continue.
How To Fix It
- Go back through the quiz
- Check every question carefully
- Make sure all required fields are filled
Once everything is completed, the button will work normally.
Problem 2: You Don’t Receive The Verification Email
You click “Next Step,” but the email with the 6-digit verification code never arrives.
How It Should Work
After entering your email correctly, you should receive a 6-digit code via email within about 30–60 seconds. You enter this code to verify your account.
If it doesn’t arrive, one of the following is likely the issue:
A) Incorrect Email Address
Double-check your email.
Even a small typo will prevent the email from being delivered.
Solution:
Start the registration again and make sure your email is correct.
B) Your Inbox Is Full
If your mailbox has no available storage, new emails cannot be delivered.
Solution:
- Clear space in your inbox
- Or use a different email address
C) Check Spam And Other Folders
Many email providers (like Gmail or Outlook) may filter automated emails.
The verification email might appear in:
- Spam folder
- Promotions tab
- Other subfolders
Most Common Reason
In most cases, the email ends up in the spam folder—especially if you’ve never received emails from us before.
What To Do:
- Check all folders
- Wait at least 30–60 seconds
- Refresh your inbox
If your email was entered correctly, it’s almost always there.
Important Tip
If you find the email in spam, mark it as “Not Spam”.
This ensures future important emails from us will arrive in your main inbox.
Why Do We Use A 6-Digit Verification Code?
The 6-digit code ensures that:
- The email address belongs to you
- The registration is legitimate
It adds an extra layer of security for both you and the platform.
Later, you can:
- Set your own password
- Or continue using one-time login codes
Just make sure to avoid common issues like typos or a full inbox.
