If a free trial is available for your selected plan, it will be clearly shown during activation, including the number of free days. During the trial period, your payment method is not charged.

If you want to switch plans, you can do it easily:

• Cancel your current subscription
• Wait until the current billing cycle ends
• Select a new plan and activate it again

You cannot have two active subscriptions at the same time.

You have full control over your Premium Membership directly from your account settings. No need to contact support or send emails.

Inside your profile settings, you can:

• View your current plan
• Check your next renewal date
• Cancel your subscription anytime

If you cancel, it will take effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you keep access until then.

For secure management, subscriptions are handled through Stripe Customer Portal, from your account settings page, where you can update payment details, view invoices, or cancel safely.

If you previously canceled your membership, you can reactivate it anytime. There is no penalty or restriction. Your account stays intact, and you can continue where you left off.
